ORDERING INFORMATION:
Ordering from Artist Point is fast, easy and safe. Simply place your order directly on line, or call us at 1(800)429-9727 to place your order by phone.
All prices shown are in $US dollars.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All on-line credit card orders are secure; we do not share any information with anyone else.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders are shipped out to you within 48 hours after placing your order. Upon occasion during peak seasons we may experience heavy demand for our products and it may become necessary to extend our shipping time. All orders are shipped via UPS ground; therefore we cannot ship to a PO Box, we must have a street address. All orders are subject to a flat rate $5.00 processing fee.
WE OFFER FREE FREIGHT ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Product prices and specifications are based on information available at time of posting and are subject to change without notice. Please be aware that product colors may vary slightly according to dye lot. All prices are in $USD.

GUARANTEE:
At Artist Point we emphasize quality and we stand behind each and every product we sell. We feel confident that you will be pleased with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in new condition, in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a refund or product exchange. Please contact us prior to returning your order so that we may issue a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

All claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.
